Numerous applications are addressed with high reliability and efficiency using Sanger sequencing techniques.
Each of our genetic analyzers is optimized for a suite of Sanger sequencing applications,
including de novo sequencing and resequencing.
In addition to performing sequencing by capillary electrophoresis, Applied Biosystems®
genetic analyzers deliver high-quality data for a variety of DNA analysis applications based on
the sizing and/or intensity of fluorescently labeled DNA fragments. Collectively,
these applications are referred to as fragment analysis
